WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept multiple payment methods including cash, check, and all major credit cards (AMEX, Visa, Master Card, American Express).
Yes, a 50% deposit is required in order to schedule your installation. The remaining balance is due upon completion of installation and most importantly, when you are satisfied with the final product.
HOW DO I CONTROL MY LIGHTS?
Lanai & Pool Enclosure lighting system via handheld remote and/or smartphone app from anywhere in the world (Wi-Fi required).
Permanent Holiday lighting system via smartphone app from anywhere in the world (Wi-Fi required).
IS YOUR LIGHTING SYSTEM HIGH VOLTAGE?
Absolutely not. Our lighting systems are low voltage, 24VDC and 36VDC.
HOW LONG DOES AN AVERAGE INSTALLATION TYPICALLY TAKE?
Typically a day. However, for larger projects multiple days are required.
DO I NEED TO BE HOME DURING INSTALLATION?
No/Yes. We would love for you to be home to witness the professionalism of our team. However, if you are unable to be there we will need Wi-Fi to configure your lighting system.
DO YOU SUB-CONTRACT OUT YOUR LABOR?
No. Our installation crew are employees of our company.
